At Beautcamp Pilates you get a full-on, serious workout that sculpts the arms, chest, torso, legs and bum. Because male strength uses entirely different elements from the female equivalent, our Beautcamp Pilates system reflects that
Here's how the Beautcamp Pilates system works:
- It's intensive and builds core strength - helping you in activities like football, rugby, and in joint rotation sports such as tennis.
- You'll work your stabiliser muscles (deep layer muscles) around the spine - the muscles that enable you to balance. Without using these, you risk
dominant muscles taking over and causing imbalances in the body which
give rise to injuries - including back injuries - and postural
distortions.

- You'll transform your body to steel on the reformer bed.
You'll work your in-built stabilisation system, and you'll develop the
muscles that control movement (the mobilisers, or superficial muscles).
- You'll get that toned, chiselled look that you've always
wanted, and develop a super-strong and flexible body that's perfect for
all kinds of activities. So you can improve your look, your body, and
your fitness and flexibility, without compromising your other sports
in any way.
We also use our very own custom-made Beautcamp Pilates reformers during
classes.
