Trainer - Amie Skinner
Amie has a varied background of work experience in fitness clubs, sport centers, on cruise ships and with private clients.
She also has a wide range of exercise, physiology and nutritional qualifications and specialises in ante/post natal exercises and exercises for improved health and lifestyle; weight management, nutritional counselling, core stability, posture correction, and supple strength.
Amie believes that Pilates is not only an investment in health, fitness, and well-being but that it is also a learning process which will help you achieve your long-term goals.
