Trainer - Max Lindhed
Max has a strong background in Pilates.
Indeed, he was trained and certified by Alan Herdman, the man who first introduced the discipline to England in the early 1970s.
In addition, when Max was just 18 years old, he served in the Swedish army as an Infantry soldier, so he knows how to exert discipline on BeautCamp’s clients!
Therefore, you’d better do what he tells you, or he might order you to drop and give him 40!
However, he’s also taught PE and skiing to children of all ages, so if you bring him an apple, he might let you go home before the end of class!
Max says that learning Pilates has been a real eye-opener for him, in terms of understanding what can be achieved in:
- strength, balance and flexibility;
- correcting problems including poor posture, reduced mobility, lack of energy, and rehabilitation;
- the power of correct exercise for people with back and knee problems, etc.
Max’s advice to all BeautCampers is this: "In physical exercise, work on your weaknesses, not on your strengths.”
