Snack Alert! Lemon Poppy Seed Bites
These lovely lemon poppy seed energy bites are just delicious and the perfect snack with each serving boasting over 17g of protein and less thank 150 calories!
- 90g vanilla protein powder
- 50g oats
- 9g poppy seeds
- 7g Truvia
- 1 tsp freshly grated lemon zest
- 6 tbsp (90ml) freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 6 tbsp (90ml) water
In a large bowl, combine the protein powder, oats, poppy seeds, Truvia and lemon zest. Add the lemon juice and water, stirring until all the ingredients are combined together.
Shape the mixture into 28 small balls and place in a container and store in the fridge until ready to eat.
