Ashton Turner – Trainer
Ashton Turner believes that a healthy physique enables us to cope with the stresses of everyday life, a philosophy he brings to all his classes. With a degree in sports coaching from UWIC University, Wales, he taught football in the US, Australia and the UK before moving on to Pilates. He’s also a Level 1 strength and conditioning coach with additional training in functional movement systems and a Level 3 in personal training. Outside of work, Ashton enjoys football, weightlifting, photography, music, comedy, books, films and all-round socialising. Enthusiastic and charming, his workouts aim to be progressive, challenging but also enjoyable.
