Judit Dobrai – Trainer
Judit Dobrai competed as a ballroom dancer for 11 years, before graduating as a dance teacher from the Hungarian Dance Academy. She originally took up Pilates to alleviate a spine problem and keep her body fit for dancing. But she found it so useful that she went on to train as an instructor, receiving full Stott Pilates certification after seven years of teaching. For Judit, exercise is all about concentration on form, self-expression – whether through ballet or Latin American dancing – and keeping her body and joints healthy, as with Pilates. In her classes she likes to make sure that everyone receives all the right information and care, gets the best from their workout – and feels not only happy during exercise but also better afterwards.
