Karmen Pirh – Trainer
Karmen Pirh is strict yet patient; a perfectionist but also a good motivator. As the basis of all Pilates, she insists on correct technique in all exercises. But above all, she aims to develop routines that suite, stimulate and encourage everyone in her classes. Trained as a Pilates body instructor and personal trainer, Karmen has taught everything from water aerobics to group indoor cycling. She has studied pre- and post-natal Pilates and specialises in posture correction, fat-loss training, muscle imbalance and the management and prevention of sports injuries. When not at work she loves art, cinema, music, books, travel and inventing her own healthy recipes.
