At Bootcamp Pilates Notting Hill, we offer a suite of Dynamic Reformer Pilates group classes and personal training sessions. Our method uses Joseph Pilates’ original principles executed in a sequence of energetic and invigorating exercises that focus on building strength, increasing flexibility and improving your posture. The springs and straps on the reformer minimise the impact on your joints while leaning and toning your body.

Our one-to-one personal training sessions are tailored by one of our highly qualified trainers to design a programme to achieve your fitness goals. Session would be conducted at a pace that suits you but will always be challenging, pushing you to achieve your goals. Depending on those goals, your sessions may involve a range of other equipment such as cycling, exercise benches and swiss balls, free weights and kettlebells, in addition to the Reformer.
Personal Training sessions are most suited if you are rehabilitating after injury, looking to gain strength and prevent injury after long periods of being sedentary (bye bye lockdowns!), or complement a sporting activity or your group workouts.
