High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)
Designed to complement our Dynamic Reformer Pilates class workouts, these 40-minute HIIT classes offer the chance to increase muscle and stamina while decreasing body fat. Using an imaginative range of equipment from Bulgarian bags, kettlebells and suspension ropes to power bands and wall balls, classes are small, aimed at all levels and provide practical demonstrations of all exercises.
