Ben Newton – Trainer

Ben Newton may seem like Mr Nice Guy but his classes are still tough. You’ll forgive him for it though, as he’ll always compliment you politely and has a smile for everyone. Ben teaches at our Notting Hill and Richmond studios. With a background in physiotherapy, he also boasts an A list of private clients.
