Dave Selkirk – Trainer
Dave Selkirk has worked in the fitness for more than 10 years and believes that, given the right motivation, everyone can enjoy exercise and its benefits. Specialising in boxing for fitness and TRX suspension training, Dave’s running club is guaranteed to push you to the max, shed the pounds and keep you coming back for more. He is a Level 3 personal trainer with qualifications in fight fit training, exercise to music, outdoor fitness and pre- and post-natal training. Outside the studio, Dave enjoys running, motorbikes, bungee jumping and skydiving.
