Olivia Stuckey – Trainer

Olivia Stuckey is an energetic Australian with an infectious passion for fitness: a love so great that, in 2012, she left her eight-year job as a corporate lawyer to pursue it on a full-time basis. Having competed in Australia at state and national levels in triathlons and distance running, fitness has always played a big part in Olivia’s life. But after a string of serious injuries she discovered Reformer Pilates and strength training, and has never looked back. Now fully trained as a personal trainer and Reformer Pilates instructor, Olivia is a specialist in core strength and stability, and body sculpting and toning. She also has extensive knowledge of a broad range of exercise theories and techniques from HIIT and cross-fit to yoga and of course Pilates, using a broad range of equipment including TRX Suspension, kettlebells, stability and bosu balls, power plates, free weights – and her favourite of all, the Reformer. Olivia will put you through your paces with her dynamic, innovative, varied sessions and get you out of your comfort zone into the results zone. She believes that getting fit should be fun – not a chore.
