Prue Messenger – Trainer
Exercise has always been a really important part of Prue’s life and it was following a number of knee operations that Prue discovered Pilates to help with her rehabilitation. Following the rehab she continued with her Pilates practice, enjoying the many of the other benefits like; increased core strength, greater mobility and the mental challenge through greater focus. Given this, it’s not surprising that Pilates has become an integral part of her exercise regime and a great way to complement her cardio training. Prue is an energetic teacher and likes to pull together a challenging class!!
Prue is Body Control Pilates® certified and is also a member of the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs Level 3).
