Tamara Shaker

Nicknamed “T”, Tamara is both mat and reformer Pilates trained and qualified. Tamara loves making her classes interesting and no class is ever the same. A big fan of the jump board, Tamara loves to focus on strengthening both the core and glutes, describing her classes as “challenging, energetic and fun”. Tamara’s favourite exercise on the reformer is a short spine stretch, its great for spine mobility and also works the core.
