Julio Cesar Nadalini – Trainer
Julio Cesar discovered a passion for fitness in his native Brazil where was once a keen competitor in swimming, rowing, volleyball and martial arts. He then decided to help others achieve their fitness goals and has qualifications in personal training, kettlebells, power plate, TRX, kickboxing, and spinning, among other forms of exercise. Julio understands how important it is to look after your body, avoid injuries and increase energy levels. He also firmly believes that all exercise is better to a soundtrack of his favourite Latin rhythms. When not teaching, he enjoys spending time with friends and family, and singing and dancing as much as he can.
