Emily Goldman gives us her take on the new HIIP class

We asked Emily Goldman from BurnThis.com to attend a HIIP class and let us know what she thought! Here’s what she had to say…

The Bootcamp Pilates HIIP class is a great blend of cardio and traditional reformer moves.

As a now devout reformer pilates fan, I liked this class because it did a great job of mixing circuit training and reformer exercises exercises, with little to no stopping.

We were doing lunges, planks, burpees and more to really ensure our heart rates were kept high! But, you didn’t hardly notice how hard you were working because our positions were constantly changing.

It was also evident that there were a variety of fitness levels in the class, which was fine because although the instructors pushed us, everyone in the class was working at their own pace.

If you are looking to add an extra burst into your pilates routine, HIIP is the way to go. Test it out, you won’t be disappointed!
